Hi everyone,
i apologize for the confusion about the last email.  i noticed the word
"not" was incorrectly used immediately, and the real message is on the
webpage now, but unfortunately i don't think any of you got the updated
message.  At any rate, you can begin registering your schools at your
convenience.  Please note that Power Questions are due by March 15..
